Shipping

We currently provide delivery services within Singapore only, at a flat rate of SGD 10. Orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional charges incurred due to inaccurate addresses will be borne by the customer.

Peak Periods

During peak periods such as public holidays, festive seasons, or promotional events, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and patience should there be any delays in the delivery schedule during these times.

Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy are subject to the product owner’s return policies. If a return policy is not listed on the product, there are no refunds or returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable and consumable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
