Dance with Me2 is specifically designed to empower individuals with disabilities through the art of dance.
One of the core values of Dance with Me2 is customization and adaptability. The programme is tailored to meet the diverse needs of each participant. Dance routines and techniques are modified to accommodate different mobility levels, sensory needs, and communication styles, ensuring that everyone can actively participate and experience the joy of dance.

Learning Objectives
Participants will engage in a variety of movement exercises and dance routines that encourage self-exploration and creativity. They will learn different movement styles, body awareness, coordination, and rhythmic patterns, allowing them to develop their own unique dance vocabulary.
Dance with Me2 promotes physical fitness and development by improving participants’ strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through dance movements and exercises, participants will enhance their overall physical well-being, contributing to increased mobility and functional abilities.
Dance provides a powerful outlet for emotional expression. Participants will explore a range of emotions, themes, and narratives through movement, enabling them to communicate and connect with their own feelings and experiences in a non-verbal way.
The program fosters social interaction, teamwork, and community building. Participants will engage in group dances, partner exercises, and collaborative activities, promoting communication, cooperation, and the development of meaningful relationships within the dance community.
