Universal Design for Learning Framework
Me2 believes in establishing a safe and flexible space for learning in all our classrooms. All our Programmes follow the 3 principles of Universal Design for Learning:
Multiple Means of Representation
Multiple Means of Engagement
Multiple Means of Expression
Multiple Means of Representation
- Provide information in various formats (text, audio, video, graphics) to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Use assistive technology and accessible materials to ensure content is accessible to all students.
Multiple Means of Engagement
- Create a learning environment that motivates and engages all students.
- Offer choices and options for assignments, assessments, and activities to increase student involvement.
- Encourage peer collaboration and group work.
Multiple Means of Expression
- Allow students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in various ways, including written assignments, oral presentations, projects, or multimedia.
- Provide clear instructions and expectations, as well as opportunities for self-assessment and reflection.
Through this approach, we aim to give students more opportunities to succeed in the way that they are engaged, learn, and demonstrate their knowledge.
