A leader that cares, Ren’s eloquence and down-to-earth personality are refreshing and inspiring. Instead of a top-down approach, Ren takes his time to get to know his Team, and patiently groomed and built a Dream Team for his Company, Cerebral Pte Ltd. With almost 30 years of experience in events, finance, and business management, Ren consistently demonstrated strong leadership, people management, and world-class service standards in his line of work.
A master multi-tasker, Jean's keen eye for details and razor-sharp business instincts stem from her decade-long experience in the Corporate World. With a myriad of industry experience under her, spanning from retail merchandising to brand management, and marketing, Jean is a force to be reckoned with.
As a founding member of Dignity Kitchen™, Keat ventured into the unknown with a passion to develop a hawker training program for the disabled and disadvantaged. Dignity Kitchen™, Asia's first social enterprise foodcourt was awarded Best Social Enterprise of the Year 2015 under the President's Challenge Award. He continues to build bridges between community partners and the cultures of persons with special needs.
Our Team Leaders
A Mindfulness Practitioner, Mabel has been a Communications and Performing Arts Trainer, Script Writer, and Director for the past 17 years. Passionate about making a difference in her work, Mabel is Certified to work with Children with disabilities in and through the arts. Mabel is also the Head Instructor of Pathlight School's Performing Arts Club for Secondary Students since 2016.
She is the creative energy amongst the team, she has just got back into the working world after having 2 little energetic girls who take up all of her time, but now she wants to give back & this project is perfect for her as it plays on all her strengths. Carmella writes, develops & trains educational art courses for studio & school-based learning. Carmella’s insight into customer service, communication skills & training makes her a valuable member of the team.
This is Dawn’s first job after graduating from NAFA & don’t be fooled by her age she is driven & uses her skills from her higher education to add a young & inspiring view to the world we live in & the world we want to change.
Keith is the brain of our programmes. From creating programmea for Me2 to teaching students, he is the best guy to look for when you need help. He knows the programmes like the back of his hands & is very resourceful when it comes to planning.
