CALLING FOR PARTICIPANTS
A FREE progressive art programme for persons with disabilities, turning creative ideas into merchandise-ready designs inspired by Singapore's rich heritage.
About the Programme
Through Artist Development with Me2, participants explore Singapore’s iconic heritage including shophouses, hawker food motifs, and vintage signages, reimagined into meaningful, marketable designs for lifestyle products like tote bags, prints, apparel, and accessories.
What You Will Learn:
- Architectural sketching through shophouse illustration
- Stylising local food icons such as nasi lemak, kaya toast, and hawker fare
- Designing with retro signages and vintage typography
- Creating merchandise-ready art for bottles, shirts, and tote bags
- Building confidence and commercial potential as a creative contributor

Eligibility Criteria
This programme is open to:
- Singaporeans with disabilities aged 18 and above (PRs and foreigners are welcome to join via self-payment)
- Individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or Down Syndrome
Applicants must be able to provide:
- Copy of NRIC
- Proof of permanent disability such as a doctor’s memo, SSA membership card recognised by SG Enable, concession card, or SPED school certificate
- For those facing financial challenges: CHAS Orange or Blue card
